For the role of UI/UX designer at Andromeda, we are looking for highly driven creative individuals motivated to join a fast paced environment. The candidates would thrive to implement an innovative thought process for day to day design chores of the organization.
The ideal candidate would be willing to test out the most creative and insane ideas for the role. They would need to work closely with the developing/engineering team, helping them out to execute the design strategies. The candidate would be leveraging their strong analytical thinking to optimize the best UI/UX experience for the users on each of the Andromeda’s applications.

What You'll Be Working On
-Improve the User’s experience on the platform by understanding, defining and eliminating pain points. Come up with creative solutions that meet user objectives and address business goals.
-Understand user needs and motivations, analyze competitors and be well informed on industry design trends.
-Work on product navigation and architecture for a more intuitive experience.
-Create and share wireframes and medium fidelity designs for testing and gathering feedback.
-Design high fidelity prototypes with micro-interactions, interaction states and responsive behavior. Be able to hand these off to developers.
-Manage and expand the company's design system.
Communicate and discuss design ideas with cross-functional teams.
